CENTURY 21 Global Referral Network (CGRN®), is an Internet-based referral management tool that enables brokers to securely send and receive referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The CENTURY 21 India Learning System offers best-in-class training and ongoing development in the field of real estate. This equips all our associates - be they brokers, managers, training managers, experienced or new agents to deliver service that bears the hallmark of the CENTURY 21 way. With numerous programs offered for those new to real estate, broking or at any level, all training and development follow the winning CENTURY 21® System. The CENTURY 21 Learning System provides a robust curriculum with easy and flexible access for any schedule.
The use of technology is integral in the way we help franchise broker offices manage and cater to their clientele. We help set up all the tools needed for operational intelligence and efficiency, along with training their associates. The tools cover all aspects of the business from listing property, managing leads, communicating with customers and property management.
Our design team ensures that all the available stationary and promotional material represents the CENTURY 21 brand effectively and compliantly. One can browse, customize and order all of the templates we create on our 'Brand on Demand' function. Centralizing all output in this fashion has also enabled us to negotiate incredibly competitive rates with our chosen print supplier.
We will help to locate a suitable area to operate from, based on the local market, footfall and competitor locations. Once the premises for a franchise office are decided, the franchisee will need to arrange for the refurbishment of the office in a way that correctly communicates the CENTURY 21 brand. We have developed an ideal office plan that we believe communicates our key brand values and standards, and can make recommendations on everything from the office layout to the franchisees welcome kit. What's more, in this position of unity we are able to negotiate very competitive national deals to negotiate set up costs with suppliers.
We can work alongside with the franchisee for the recruitment of the sales associates, conducting recruitment seminars and where necessary, we will interview potential associates to demonstrate the skill set required. We can provide recruitment advertising templates, recruitment logos, recruitment brochures and presentations giving guidance around the right qualities to look for. All new associates are certified through our centralized training program before they begin to operate to ensure they are all proficient in the CENTURY 21 way.
We recognise that every office and area is different, so our launch strategy isn't to prescribe a one size fits all' solution. We work with broker offices to create communication that will aid with generating coverage and visibility - whether local or at a national level.
Getting Found Online
Every office will get a dedicated home on the web through the CENTURY 21 India website (CENTURY21.in). This allows their agents and potential customers to see sales and rental portfolio and the office details in one place. Furthermore, while our work with search engine optimization aims to ensure better visibility online and generate more leads to the broker's sites as well, we encourage the same activity at the local level as well for better results.
Ongoing Marketing Support
As well as the initiatives outlined above, our centralized Marketing Support team are continuously getting the CENTURY 21 name out there and developing new initiatives to build brand awareness and potentially generate business, whether through advertising campaigns, PR, social media, awards or corporate sponsorships and charity support.

We believe our role as a franchisor isn't just about growing our office network it's about developing new initiatives to offer support to our existing office network that means rewarding franchisees when they reach the highs, and guiding them with expert advice support if they hit a low point. Our Franchise Development Manager will diarize regular contact meetings to discuss how a business is progressing and can offer direction should they encounter a problem. They are key support contacts, and are there to help get the best out of a business through designing quality industry-compliant material, delivery of the training material and evaluating success through franchisee's and their associate's performance.
